This is one of Toronto's first loft conversion developments. It's located just east of Dufferin St. and north of Bloor St. The conversion of fishing tackle warehouse at 6 Bartlett Ave to residential loft housing was competed by Allan D. Gordon Associates in 1985. The project won the Ontario Renews Award that year.

Maintenance fees are low, the same for each unit - but don't include hydro.
